Professional Background

Beth is a college faculty member teaching Interpersonal Communication, Small Group communication, Organizational communication and Business and Professional Presentations. She is a corporate trainer, conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum, developing program materials and presenting workshops, facilitating retreats and coaching individuals. She is also a professional speaker; since joining the National Speakers Associationin 1984 Beth has delivered hundreds of keynote, workshop and special event presentations around the country and around the world.
Beth has an undergraduate degree in Education and a Masters degree in Communication. As a consultant for her clients Beth has served in the leadership role as the Coordinator of Communication Programs for the University of Wisconsin-Extension, as the Interim Director of Employee and Organizational Development for Aurora Health Care and as the Interim Executive Vice President of the Medical Society of Milwaukee County.
